Trailer Rental Pricing
Our standard dump trailer rental starts at:
$250 Base Rental
Includes a 5-day rental period, including drop-off and pickup days.
Example:
Drop-off Thursday and pickup Monday counts as the standard 5-day rental period.
Disposal / Weight Fee
$100 per ton
1 ton = 2,000 lbs.
No weight is included in the base rental price. Disposal is charged based on the total loaded trailer weight.
Additional Days
$100 per additional day
Additional rental days must be approved in advance and are based on trailer availability.
Weight limit
Maximum trailer weight limit:
3 tons / 6,000 lbs.
This limit cannot be exceeded. If the trailer is overloaded, a $250 fee may apply because an additional trailer may need to be sent.
Important Note:
All debris must remain below the trailer fill line and within the approved weight limit.

How long is the standard rental period?
The standard rental period is 5 days, including the drop-off and pickup days.
How much does a trailer rental cost?
The base rental price is $250. Disposal is charged separately at $100 per ton, with 1 ton equal to 2,000 lbs.
Is any weight included in the base rental price?
No. The base rental does not include disposal weight. Weight is billed separately based on the loaded trailer weight.
What is the maximum weight allowed?
The maximum weight limit is 3 tons, or 6,000 lbs. This limit cannot be exceeded.
What happens if the trailer is overloaded?
If the trailer exceeds the 3-ton weight limit, a $250 fee may apply because an additional trailer may need to be sent.
How do we prepare for a dump trailer delivery?
Before delivery, please make sure the placement area is ready and accessible.
The trailer placement area should be:
- Clear of vehicles, equipment, and debris
- Accessible for the delivery truck and trailer
- Free of low-hanging wires, branches, or overhead obstructions
- Located on a stable, level surface
- Approved by the property owner, contractor, or project manager
- Large enough for safe drop-off and pickup
- Compliant with any HOA, municipal, or permit requirements
Customers are responsible for confirming that the trailer can be placed at the requested location.

Service may be available up to a 50-mile radius, but additional charges may apply depending on location.
Can homeowners rent a trailer?
Yes, we offer residential dump trailer rentals for homeowners completing renovations, cleanouts, DIY projects, and property cleanup.
If you are not sure what size trailer you need or whether your materials are accepted, contact us before booking and we will help point you in the right direction.
Can I keep the trailer longer than 5 days?
Additional days may be available for $100 per day and must be approved based on trailer availability.
Do you deliver outside the 30-mile service area?
Yes, service may be available up to a 50-mile radius. Additional charges may apply.
Is my booking confirmed when I pay the deposit?
No. The $100 deposit submits your booking request and is applied toward your rental total. Your booking is not confirmed until Lee Philbrick Trucking reviews and approves the request.
